We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your costume. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdating on the package or receiving the package. Please note the following conditions:

• Due to original purchase of FREE SHIPPING, there will be a restocking fee on all returns/exchanges of $10.
• Returns must be postmarked prior to October 22nd, 2022
• Exchange requests must be made by midnight October 23rd, 2022
• ALL COSTUME PURCHASES BECOME FINAL STARTING MIDNIGHT October 25th, 2022
• Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks, please save your tracking.
