ELECTRONICS: Exchangeable for replacement item, or store credit.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES: Unless stated otherwise in the individual product description- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please consult the brand name/manufacturer size charts before purchase. These can be viewed along with product images.

For damaged items and other order issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please send a picture of your damaged or incorrect item within 30 days of receipt to: sales@xoxoinventory.com 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You may also have the alternative options of an exchange, or store credit.
